Matthew Lochte

Principal

Matt Lochte is a Principal of the firm of Bond & Pecaro, Inc. He has been with the firm since 2000 and has been responsible for thousands of fair market valuations, intangible asset valuations, and purchase price allocations. Matt has also provided clients with extensive ASC 350 and ASC 360 impairment analyses, as well as support of various companies’ fresh-start accounting efforts.

In addition to his private sector work at Bond & Pecaro, Matt also spent several years as a Subject Matter Specialist for the Air Force Financial Improvement Audit Readiness (AF FIAR) efforts, leading Bond & Pecaro’s team in supporting PricewaterhouseCoopers/Guidehouse Consulting’s AF FIAR contracts.

Prior to his association with Bond & Pecaro, Inc., Matt was a minority owner of GeoUtilities, an e-commerce Internet start-up company. He also served as the executive analyst for the president of Columbia Energy Services, was the manager of financial planning for the $6 billion mass markets division of MCI Corporation, and served as treasury manager for Integrated Health Services.
