Julie A. Kroskin is the Director of Asset Appraisals in the firm of
Bond & Pecaro, Inc. Ms. Kroskin has been employed as an
appraiser since 1992 and has been retained to appraise more than 2,000 media
properties.
Since joining Bond & Pecaro, she has been
actively involved in the development, research, and preparation of
appraisal reports and fair market valuations of radio, television,
cable, newspaper, outdoor advertising, telecommunications, publishing,
and Internet properties. Ms. Kroskin has assumed primary
responsibility for special market studies and research projects in the
management of communications properties and related industries.
Ms.
Kroskin has been involved in several cable television possessory
interest and property tax matters before state and local courts and
assessment boards in California and Kentucky.
Prior to her
association with Bond & Pecaro, Inc., Ms. Kroskin worked as a
customer and technical support representative at American Cablecom in
Beltsville, Maryland, and managed the Company's satellite office on
Bolling Air Force Base in Washington, D.C.
Ms. Kroskin received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Radio, Television and Film from the University of Maryland at College Park.
