James T. Ulan is an associate at the firm of Bond & Pecaro, Inc.
Mr. Ulan has actively participated in the development, research and
preparation of numerous fair market valuations and asset appraisals of
radio, television, cable television, and newspaper properties.
Prior
to his association at Bond & Pecaro, Mr. Ulan worked as a financial
advisor, specializing in retirement planning and asset management, at
Morgan Stanley.
Mr. Ulan received a
Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Criminal Justice from the
University of Maryland at College Park.
